Velcro don't stay fastened / closed

I bought a pair of Skechers SN22365 in Black from Kingsmead Shoes in Woodmead on or about Wednesday 23 October 2013. This is my 4th pair. The velcro that is used on the straps to tie the shoes doesn't stay fastened. As soon as I move my feet the straps pull loose and I have to keep re-fastening my shoes. This is very irritating. I have never had a pair of Skechers that was like this before. I buy them because they are comfortable and looks good to wear to work. But I don't know if I will buy them again. I don't think I can take it back to Kingsmead Shoes as I've been waering them for the past week and a half. Please give me a solution.
