Skechers shoes - they take no responsibility!

I went with my mother-in-law to buy my 16 month old child a pair of shoes. The child was fitted by one of the assistants in store. When we got home my husband asked why the child was basically limping and walking on her tip toes.
I returned the shoes to show the manager. The manager said she had no authority to make decisions. They shoes were sent to head office. A man with a disgusting attitude by the name of Yusuf phoned my phone to say "what do you want". He could not take responsibility nor make a decision for resolution. My mother-in-law phoned him and he slammed the phone in her ear.
Good job Skechers. Keep up the good work!
