MacCarthy Toyota will not return my deposit

I was given the price of a Hyundai i20 by the salesman for R114 000. I confirmed this price as all inclusive and decided to take the car. I paid the deposit immediately and said I would be there to finalise my contract and collect the car the next evening. When I arrived I was handed an invoice for R152 000 with the price of the car being much higher than originally quoted for. I was told that the salesman had mistakenly given me the price of the Polo, even though I have an email that clearly states the price was for the i20. I was obviously annoyed but said that people make mistakes and I wouldn't make a fuss I would just like my deposit refunded as I would not be buying the car. However after waiting 3 weeks to receive my deposit (which I have still not as yet received) I phoned the dealer principal, on 19 February 2013, who was very apologetic and assured me that he would call me back ASAP to resolve the issue. I am still waiting for his call and it is now 4 days later. I want my money returned to me as the dealership has no right to refuse me payment.
