Shouldn't be a university supplier!

On 29th December I made 6 orders through Kalahari. I did this because they all had varying order times and I needed the majority of the books as soon as possible as they for varsity purposes.
I was delighted when 2 of the six orders arrived earlier than expected. However, I have had endless issues with the last 4, two of which still have an expected delivery date of '9th January' according to the website (it is now the 14th). I have phoned the call centre but no one can give me a straight answer. I get reasons ranging from, 'external seller' to 'warehouse issues' to 'supplier issues'.
Both other parcels have been pushed back on delivery time once or twice as well. But at least i was kept abreast of these developments via e-mail. Such contrasting service to the same customer?
Kalahari should not advertise itself as a university supplier if it cannot promptly supply the required books to students. If it is out of stock, or hard to get supply of, rather state it on the website alongside the book so we can source our books elsewhere and pay the extra cash to save ourselves the mad rush and cramming in order to get assignments done on time.
Very unhappy, panicked UNISA student.
