I purchased 7 items at Pep on 4 September 2013 and went back on 6 September to exchange the 1 item. Fifi was chatting to one of her colleagues during the whole transaction which in my view was very poor service and rather disrespectful. She then wanted to keep my original slip. I was adamant that it was my slip. Please keep in mind that I bought more than 1 item and not only need it should I want to exchange something else but it remains my slip. Whenever I go to Pep at Princess Crossing or Westgate I never have that problem. Why at Horison? I find the attitude of your staffmember really unacceptable and it's clear that she needs proper training.
