Damaged Goods No Feedback!!!

I bought a couch last year August it started cracking and I send it back to the shop they repaired, it happend again and I again took it back to the store for repaires (keeping in mind this is costly to me to transport this poor quality product, I was told that the Store Manager Ben Van Den Berg will call me GUESS WHAT I AM STILL WAITING!!!
