Waiting 2 months (going on 3) for washing machine

Bought a washing machine in April on credit.
1- they didnt have in stock
2 - had to wait 1 week
3 - received damaged machine - which I informed H&H the same day I opened the box
4- damaged one was picked up two days back (after almost3 weeks) - still waiting for new one
5- was informed the Manufacturer now says that they have to repair it due to customer "negligence"
6- month 2 - NO WASHING MACHINE!!! 1
Mean while I have been going to the shop for severeal times - cause the lines werent working
