Bought a 3 piece lounge in august and slill broken

In august I bought a lounge suite from russels (brown) witch they Tore as they brought it into my house by the door. I went back ASAP and they gladly replaced it. It was damaged again (the 3 seater). I phoned them and they dit not have brown replacement, they asked me if black was in order witch I gladly excepted. They changed the whole set the next day. We discovered that the material was loose by the stitch-work at the Right hand side by the armrest.one of the staff members was told to go to my house and fix it as they got no one to fix it at the factory. Her name is Ross one of the sales ladies who fixed it with brown threads on the black coach. I complaint about it and they then took the 3 seater as well as the 2 seater to fix at factory on the 14th of December an brought it back 23rd of December. I st on nothing for two weeks.when it came back, nothing was done on the 2 seater and the 3 seater was totally different from the others. It also have a piece of nail sticking out.they have been promising ever since to come and collect it with no replacement, I mean on what am I going to sit on? I asked the new management to give me a other model but the told me to wright a motivation letter.
