When will I get proper considerate assistance?

Good Day,

I ordered sheets from home choice earlier this year. Call centre agent told me the colour I wanted was finished so I requested another color. To my surprise two orders of different colours were delivered. I do not have access to phone so I didnt inform them right away. At the end of the month I paid for one order hoping to return the other one but unfortunately I didnt have money to return it. Yes I know home choice people think I'm not serious.

I spoke to a couple of people from there but no one seems to care to help/adjust account except to tell me that it was too late to return the other order so I was stuck with it. I have been paying every month since then but it has not been enough to cover two orders which I didnt budget for. I had budgeted for one order ONLY.

I havent skipped a month without paying. Now I get harrassing calls 4 calls in 24 hours from the same lady because i can recognise her voice. I just spoke to now at 17h50 (12 sept 2013). Please home choice its not my fault you gave me 2 orders. This lady and others before her should have filed my response/comment. She blatantly told me she wont note my reply to hers and she call me until I pay.
