Things that i never received but ask for payment

Good day, i placed an order last year early December and ask for them to deliver at my home adress, but i didnt receive a call or sms about my order. when i came back on january i call them and cancelled the order and order something but same. I received the new orders several time and pay actually am very loyal customer. but now i was told that the december order is my rensponsability. they told me to go to post office and ask them to send it back what i dont understand is why is the order my responsability after three months. all i need to know is the totally amount am owing home choice actually i want the settlement amount cause i was told that i didnt pay enough for two ten piece that i paid in cash can someone tell me how much am owing cause i was late to pay not for something i didnt received.
