STOVE BROKE WITH IN THREE MONTHS

I BOUGHT A STOVE FROM HOME CHOICE ON THE 28TH OF OCTOBER 2013 AND IT WAS DELIVERED IN EARLY NOVEMBER 2013.IT BROKE DOWN ON THE 7TH OF DECEMBER 2013.I CALLED HOME CHOICE WHO GAVE ME THE CALL CENTRE NUMBER 0861101913 FOR THEIR SERVICE AGENT WHO IN TURN GAVE ME ANOTHER AGENT IN LANSDOWN, CAPE TOWN.

I LATER EMAILED HOME CHOICE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND CHRISTINE ZONKE REPLIED TO SAY THAT I MUST RETURN THE STOCK.HOW CAN YOU SENT AN ITEM THAT IS LESS THAN TWO MONTHS FOR REPAIRS? I LATER CALLED HOME CHOICE TO ARRANGE COLLECTION AND SPOKE TO AN ARROGANT CUSTOMER CARE AGENT CALLED MICHAEL WHO HAPPENS TO HAVE A MONOTONOUS VOICE AND A VERY BAD ATTITUDE.HOW IS THAT PEOPLE FROM THE SAME COMPANY GIVE CONFLICTING INFORMATION YET THEY ARE FROM THE SAME DEPARTMENT? HOW COME YOU PAY MONEY FOR A SERVICE THAT WILL END UP COSTLY.BESIDES THIS THE AGENT WHO SOLD ME THE STOVE OVER THE PHONE THAT THERE WAS A SECRET GIFT WITH THE STOVE PURCHASE.

I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES FROM HOME CHOICE.NEVER!
