Dear Sir/Madam
I am extremely upset with the alberton pick 'n pay. Last night I went to purchase some groceries from pick 'n pay and some of the goods were more expensive that the prices on shelf such as the 2x jumping jack popcorn and a 2litre pepsi. If I went home after I purchased thse item pick n pay would have made more profit imagine the vulnerable customer that don't doble check their slips. I told the supervisor and the assistant manager about the incorrect pricing and I want those 3 items for free as per pick n pay policy.i had to waste more time in the store because of pick n pays fault why? The supervisor (Nomathamqanas) and assistant manager (Nolile) refused those 3 items which cost less than R29 for free. Hence I told them I'm going to log a complaint about this incident they didn't seem to be afraid and they also mentioned that they only got the message that morning that they having specials, which doesn't make sense were is communication and planning amongst pick n pay. If I don't get satisfactory feedback then I should rather do all my shopping else where and spread the word to family and friends. In addition to the above I might escalate this complaint to ombudsman
