I've honestly never been so disgusted before. I settled my account with Joshua door on the 28 March 2013. Thereafter i sent the proof of payment and even contacted them to confirm if they have received the proof of payment. They confirmed that they did. Few days after that a consultant called to ask when i will make payment. When i tried to explain that i already made payment, she rudely dismissed me.
Every single day thereafter, without fail, Joshua Door has been calling me, my mom, aunt, cousins and i am sure they are also contacting my late grandma in her grave.
The sad part was that they went back to my account and continued to debit it. 6 month later and guess what---they are still debiting my account. I've reversed payments numerous times, but that has not stopped them.
I come from a customer service background and i am in the QA department and this kind of service griefs me. I am going to take legal action as well. But i just wanted to publicly announce that i regret ever doing business with Joshua Door. And the financial trouble they are having stems from their immoral business practise!!!
It wont get any better soon, trust me!
