This is Moses Koroloso, i work for FNB in bankcity. Last month i took my car for a major service, advised them to also do a spot check for me on the car. Now I paid them and got feedback that my heater blower was broken, boot & bonnet shock etc were damage need replacement. When i got paid, I bought some of the parts and took it to them to replace the old ones, got a feedback from them saying that the heater blower wasn't damage it doesn't need replacing and I must take it back, I paid R 1500.00 for that and it seems like I don't have the slip cause it was in the boot. I ask them what must I do with the heater blower, i bought it because of their feedback about it damaged. I believe it's a mistake on their side, they either need to reimburse me for the heater blower or fix my heat in the car that's all.

can you please assist, your help will be greatly appreciated if i cant get this resolved.
