I ordered a book on Friday late morning, and was told it would be delivered on Friday afternoon.

I had an appointment that was moved earlier, and was therefore not home during 'office hours' to accept the delivery.

I informed Charles who replied to say that my book would be delivered on Monday, 9 September 2013. I must admit that I was sceptical, as I thought that as I had not been available that my order would arrive much later in the week.

Yesterday morning, at 07:40, my book was delivered by the courier!! What excellent, efficient service!

Well done Kalahari - keep it up!
