FEEDBACK ON LAPTOP ASSESSMENT

I am very disappointed at the service I have received from the Game Store in Pavilion Durban. I brought in a laptop for a warranty assessment on the 24th of August and it is now the 09th September and I have received no feedback what so ever. This is really not service at all. I was told the time around time is 8 days, now I am losing money without my laptop and can't understand how an assessment of a laptop can take so long. I am really unhappy with this and require immediate action be taken.
The item is a Samsung NP 300 booked under the name of Mr Khuzwayo, cell phone number 078 817 1937. Please can I be contacted regarding this as I do require a laptop to conduct certain functions and don't understand lack of feedback and the time it is taking.
The manager at the store assured that it would be done in the time frame and that hasnt happened, I need feedback asap on the assessment so that I can make a decision going forward on the matter. Urgency and promptness would be appreciated.
