Hello peter . i had the option for an upgrade on my mtn contract and i did so, now i took a mac book pro it was new out of the box at the store i was told if it gives any issue i can return it and they will replace it with a new on i received the laptop op 22-3-2013 that same day i found out that the laptops keyboard just stopped working i did not wait Saturday morning i was in the store with the laptop WITH ITS BOX AND EVERY THING this was on 23-3-2013 i told them the issue, and they said they are going to sort it out and replace it for me now today is 9-4-2013 form the they i brought the laptop back had to go back and forward in to getting feedback and still now laptop i have wasted all my air time and still now laptop this is very annoying for me as a client of mtn seeing the amount i pay them every moth. have demanded from them a new mac-book pro i do not want the one that i brought to be fixed . i am in-titled for a new one.
