I purchased a laptop from Game Stores in October 2012. The first laptop did not install the software, and I returned it (their technical department stated that "such problems happen from time to time"). On the same date, I purchased the same model laptop again from the same store. This time the software initially installed fine. However, I was experiencing occasional crashes and the laptop would simply freeze for no apparent reason. After a month (slightly less then) of this, it started getting so bad that it would happen every 15 minutes. I went back to the store, and they said that a technician would be sent out in a week. Upon collecting the laptop, I was told that it would be fixed within 2 weeks. Ok, fair enough, a long period of time to wait (almost one month) but some larger suppliers tend to do this and I would have to live with it. However, nearly 2 months later and I still do not have my laptop. I have communicated with Game and Incredibles, but have received no joy from either. My reference number for this issue is 062257..
