Service with a smile

I was at Musica recently and purchased a really old Linkin Park cd. I wasn't expecting the fabulous service from a certain teller as it was the last stop for the day. The service from the tellers and sales reps in all the shops I'd been in had been either irritated or just plain rude. However, Joshua at musica really made our day by being so enthusiastic and commented on the great choice of music we had. It wasn't needed, but his great attitude and genuine conversation was so refreshing refreshing. Thank you for the excellent service!
