POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE AT BABY BOOM BEL AIR

I was rushing off to a friend's baby shower and I went to baby boom bel air to buy gifts. I purchased staff worth R1331.95. I swiped for the goods and received a notification immediately in my phone, but as I wanted to leave the cashier said the amount didn't go through. I asked for an explanation for her allegations and showed her the purchase notification I received from the bank. she called her manager who caused a scene, took the goods and demanded I swipe again. I stayed in the shop for close to an hour, as the lady was kicking and screaming that she wont release the goods until I swipe again. to cut a long story short, the staff has no customer relations, the talk and laugh about customer issues without even making an effort to resolve the customer's complaint. I of course left without the goods and had to go look for another shop to buy the gifts. what an inconvenience and waste of time and energy. they were not even wearing name tags for identity.
