This is a warning for all music collectors to use other music stores instead of Musica at the waterfront. I've been a loyal customer to Musica for over a decade. I made a special order for a CD over two months ago. Josslyn who was helping me assured me that she will send the order through and contact me as soon as the CD arrives. After two months, I sent someone to pick up the order and Josslyn greets this person with shock and doesn't even have my details. (This is a clear indication that the order was not even sent through and that she did not even write my contact details down.) She then said she will look for the CD and contact me the same day. She has still not contacted me. I sent an email to their store yesterday, explaining what has happened and how urgently I need this CD for an event. I got a cold response from Eric who said that they cannot get the CD for me I should try other stores. I mean really now, after waiting for two months... they only tell me this now. If I had known this earlier I would have been able to make a plan. Josslyn has still not called to apologise or at least explain how this has happened.
This is the worst service I've ever had with Musica... yuck!!
