Feather everywhere

My husband and I bought a queen duck feather inner in March just before our wedding, it also had two standard pillows with it, so it was a good deal I have always wanted one. I am so dissapointed because every time I make the bed there are feathers all over the floor and not even mentioning of when we change the bedding, we get tons. My mother has one she bought elsewhere and she doesnt have this problem. I think the quality of the product isnt good enough and its not like it was cheap. I expected more really.
