SO I RECEIVED A GIFT FOR MY BIRTHDAY A PAIR OF SNEAKERS TO BE EXACT, UNFORTUNATELY THE SIZES DIFFERENT ONE 6 AND OTHER A 7 A MISTAKE TO MY UNDERSTANDING IS PARTLY THE CASHIERS FAULT AS THIS WAS TO BE CHECKED, I WANTED TO RETURN OR RATHER EXCHANGE BUT WAS DENIED, I SPOKE TO THALITHA THE MANAGER WHOSE REASONING IS THAT THE CENTURION BRANCH DOES NOT STORE ODDS AND NEITHER DO THEY COURIER BACK TO ANTHER STORE, INDIRECTLY TELLING ME THAT IT IS NOT HER PROBLEM. NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY THE INCONSISTANCY WHY DOES POLICY CHANGE FROM STORE TO STORE YET ITS ONE FRANCHISE SHOULD IT NOT BE STANDARDIZED. NOW I HAVE TO FIRST DRIVE TO THE OTHER STORE BEING EAST RAND MALL 70KMS WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED ALL BECAUSE OF A LAZY CASHIER WHO COULDNT TAKE THE TIME TO DO HER/HIS JOB PROPERLY.
