Here we go again

I am positive that the one item I ordered will be cancelled.
The problem is it is the most expensive item on the list and is still not received after roughly 13 days.
Now the same thing happened with my previous order now in total for the 2 items it is roughly R500.00 that you are getting interest on and then all you do is apologize.
Nice business you got.
If by any change the item is not cancelled I will be the first to apologize.
