The stores refuses to exchange shoes

On the 28th of August I bought a white converse all star shoes and the shoes fit, 3 days later when I wore them they were fine until I got to the venue I was going to, they were tight on the feet. on the 2nd of September I went to the shop and told them my problem and they said that they cant help me, ill just have to see what I do with the shoes.
