Efusal to exchange

I bought shoes and other stuff with my mr price account then i wore my shoes on a weekend at a wedding, they got torn on that first day i wore them. i took them to mr price benoni. the manager said to me its a customer negligence i asked how as old as iam to judt tear shoes. she said she wont take the as i already wore them, i asked why did i buy these shoes? to wear them ofcourse and they phone me to pay the account everyday but they did not attend to complaint. i would like to thell everyone not to buy mr price shoes as they tear and they will not take them back!!!
