No Refund Within 2 months

My husband open an account with Hi Fi Corp 3 months ago. We have since then only had problems with our account. The first month an unauthorized amount went of our bank account. My husband went to the branch the following day to get it rectified. The first time was said that a refund must be done through head office and it will take 7 days to be reversed back into our account. After the 7 days nothing have been paid back and no news not even a call from hi fi. The second time around we spoke to a different person with was very unhelpful and she just looked at us as if we were just wasting her time. She spoke to her supervisor or so she said and she told us that they have not received cash in for the day and therefore she cannot refund us, we must just wait for the refund to be done by head office or she will call us within 2 days and pay the money directly into our bank account. We still have not heard from her since that day. My husband went there the third time around and waited for 2 hours to get any help with his refund. Once again we have the same problem this month, no solution just bad attitude. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
