Tempest Car Hire
No refund its 10 days

I am writting on behalf of my husband, we returned a car on the 2nd of Janaury 2014 and we were told that refund will appear after 2 to 3 days. No money come to the bank we went to the office 7th they said it is should appear after 6 day. Again on Friday the 10th there was no money, we back to the office, they said there is a problem with the head office money should appear over the weekend or Monday.
Today its Monday still no refund, we called the Head office we were told tha IT WAS NOT SET TO REFUND from the system from Cape town Branch and it will be done today and we must again wait another 2 days.

It is their fault no to set the refund, we can not wait we need our money today.
They telling us different stories we are not sure if ithe problem with Cape town branch or Head Office
