Awaiting for a refund for 2 weeks!

Money was sent to India, a sum of R8800.00. We were not informed that the limit for India is R8400.00. As a result the money had to be returned in order for us to make 2 deposits instead of the amount exceeding the limit for India. My husband and I are still waiting for the refund. The money was deposited on the 9th and the request for the refund was done on the 10th. Your branch said they would call back, and we went back there on the 13th. We were informed that your system has crashed and IT is still busy. Went back again on the 15th, we were assisted by Rex who told us that the person who assisted us previously never faxed or emailed anything to the head office for the refund request. This is highly unacceptable and very unprofessional. I need you to process the refund urgently. 2 hours ago I called and spoke to Jenice who said Rex is out and will ask him to call him back. Your staff is clearly not helpful.
