Damelin
Refund still not done after 6 months

Hi
I have applied to complete my NQF 6 in financial accounting through Damelin, the student adviser at the time was Denver Pillay he assisted me with my application my company then paid the Damelin fee and the ICB fee into the Damelin bank account in error, he then assured me that this happens all the time and they can pay it over to the ICB which for 3 month was never done then i spoke to Rosana sass who assisted me with my refund as they stated they cannot pay the ICB and never did offer that service. She said it will take 3 months for the refund where the website clearly states that the refund policy for cancellations is 90 days and for other refunds its 4 weeks mine was not a cancellation but i waited 3 months submitted the forms on the 18 May 2013 on the 16 Aug still no refund, i then spoke to Numisa Mulngwana who put a urgent request, 19 Aug still no refund i then spoke to Sharon Edwards who said she will call the finance the department and call me back in a few minutes today is the 20th AUG and she still has not called me back or returned my calls, i have missed 2 exams dates already and 1 year has been wasted, if no response is received today my company will take legal act
