Worst service

Went in yesterday 7sept to buy a bed. Arranged with floor manager to pick it up today at 9. Arrived at 9 today manager was not there only arrived at 9:45. When i asked for the bed he said he does not have stock. He will maybe have later in week. Could he not told me yesterday? This is poor service and would never recommend them. Poor attitudes as well
