Shop pricing incorrectly

Good evening

I have been a loyal customer of Pick 'n Pay for many years BUT today I received the worst treatment ever. On 11/01/2014 my fiancee saw a special at Pick n Pay Liquor (266 DIE MEENT BUILDING ANDRIES STREET) and asked me to go and buy the SAVANNAS for her. The label was as follows: "500 ML SAVANNA R164.99 24 EA" and this label was put on the SAVANNAS in the shop.

So, today i went to Pick n Pay Liquor in town to buy the Savannas and the label of the special "500 ml SAVANNA R164.99 24 EA" was still there. So I took the 24 that was said to be on special but when I got to the till with my fianc? e the cashier charged me double for the 24 which the label clearly indicated that it was R164.95. I then told the cashier about the label that i had seen and she clearly understood the situation and asked for the manager to come to the shop. After waiting for so long for the manager she arrived and talked to one of the staff and then told us that the label was "HUMAN ERROR" but the same label had been there since Saturday.

The manager didn't listen to us, didn't care about us, she didn't give us the price that was displayed in the shop and SHE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR ANYTHING
