Poor service, very bad

I bought 30 boxes of laminating wood floor on the 9th of may 2013 i told them ill fetch them, so on the 13 may 2013 i went and fetch them, so to my surprise the where 25, so they told me their out of stock, i dont know why they let me pay for them in the first place as i hired a transport for unsettled stock. So i ask the manager he told me he'll order and let me know, i waited a week still no response i went to the shop he told me that they brought the wrong stock, even today no one called me, infact yesterday i called ntombi and she promised to call me back and she hasnt. I still has the slip for my 5 sought boxes, this is the worst service i received from even manager its embarrasing as i always buy there
