A couple of months ago, I decided to make use of the internet and purchased something from your ''state of the art'' online store... except that the order was not fulfilled due to lack of stock (because you're unable to keep track of what you have and what you don't have). I was then told on the day of delivery that it had to be cancelled... furthermore, that funds were not removed from my bank account, rather ''reserved'' and they would be released back into my bank account.

I took it in good faith that one of SA's largest retailers wouldn't stiff me, and never bothered to check on that again. I made another purchase the other day, against my better judgement, only to be told again on the day of delivery that it would be cancelled due to a dreaded ''unforeseen'' lack of stock... Again had been told that the reserved funds would be released. My bank tells me that the funds were removed, and never released. I've spoken to one of your customer reps who confirmed that I was not refunded on both counts but would be, now that it has been brought to your attention.

Bottom line, they have a terrible online store, outdone only by their terrible ethics.
