I handed in a Brabantia 28 cm pan with Thabo on 26 June 2013.
The coating of the pan was peeling off on the edges and I requested that the Brabantia Representative look at it and advise on a way forward.

I never received any feedback until I contacted Boardmans Centurion this afternoon enquiring about the pan and the feedback.
Thabo could initially not even remember the pan and also indicated that the Brabantia Representative has not visited the store since I handed the pan in.

I asked why no one called me since 26 June 2013 to advise that I must rather come to fetch the pan as I would not receive any feedback.
He called me back later and explained that the Representative was at the store and that they gave feedback to the Assistant Store Manager.
I asked to speak to her, but she was busy on a call.
I asked that she calls me back, but she has since 16:30 this afternoon, till now, not made the effort to do so.

I am terribly disappointed in the poor service received from this store.
I will fetch the pan tomorrow and vouch to never buy from this store again.
I will also not buy Brabantia cookware, and will rather support T-Fal - I've sent an e-mail to Brabantia as well
