Poor Service Delivery and Breach of Warranty

We bought a Lounge suite in Dec 2011 at H&H Alberton. Defects appeared and it was returned for repair under warranty. Within 3 weeks of return it was returned again as defect was worse than before repair, together with a complaint of service received and request for feedback for rectification as per warranty, No feedback was received on this. On following up it was indicated it is being repaired again. Option of replacements as per warranty was ignored. Feedback received from store representative throughout was mostly false with promises made not kept. On return there where many repair defects and on enquiring it was indicated that it will have to be sent back for repairs again (Ignoring warranty). A call was logged on 20 Sept to receive assistance from H/O Management as the store was failing to assist and no feedback yet received as requested. On 25 Sept it was indicated that we'll be refunded (Voice recording available) only to be called back later indicating this can't be done with no follow up return phone call received as requested, hence H&H can ignore warranties, policies etc.but the affected customer after this is expected to conform? 4months - No solution, unacceptable!
