Goods still not delivered

I purchased a bed and a mirror in December, only the bed was delivered. I did follow up on the mirror but was told they will sort it out, 9 months later it is still not delivered. A debit order goes off every month but I was called and told I am in arrears, I then told them to increase the amount they debit from my account, it took them atleast 3 months if not more to change the amount. I am extremely happy about my bed but I still havent recieved my mirror. I have repeatedly called to find out why but none of the people I call seem to know, wow. Please HELP
