Being a valued, loyal customer of TFG, I am very disappointed and disgusted at the service I received on the last few occasions. I did not report the previous incidents as i mostly shop at the KC branch and I turned a blind eye as i love the people that work at the cosmetic section. Expecting to be treated equally by all staff, the tellers on the other side always give me the most pathetic service! Last week I bought a pair of ear rings, the teller Amina did not greet me, no smile, speaking over me to ask her colleague what must she do since she can't ring up my purchase. What infuriated me was the fact she did not even tell me or communicate this with me and immediately called for the next customer. These two ladies made me feel as if they were doing me a favour. I went to the only person who can help me but she was busy with a phone contract. She was sweet and went out of her way to live the TFG brand. She even ran to Sterns to get a gift box. I asked her what the other 2 ladies' names were as no-one wore a name badge, hence I apologise to the jewellery counter lady. My hope and faith in this particular store saddens me. I hope you can train them on being customer centric!
