Got a gift from a friend and need to swap

I got a present and need to swap it as soon as i received the gift i saw its not my size so i went to the branch and they don't want to swap it it still have all the price tags on the labels i have the slip as well.

My point is it was a gift from a friend she does not know my size so i really need to get one size bigger.

The gift was brought on the 28/08/2013 and wanted to swap 29/08/2013.

This is very bad service from them.

Not happy at all.
