Expected nothing more than pathetic, once again

Dear Edgars
I am now officially done. This is the 3rd time in a week that I'm late back from lunch. Pathetic service, an incompetent accounts department and lackluster, rude and uncommunicative tellers seems to be the norm. I have, for the 2nd time in less than a week, left a purchase of over R2 000 on your counter as the tellers weren't able to get the purchase approved. I wasn't told what was happening, I had to ASK when I saw them ringing up my stuff a 3rd time using another teller. No explanation prior to this. Then comes the brusque supervisor who talks to the teller in their language. When she was about to leave, I asked her (the supervisor) what was happening. She told me that I had to go to accounts to sort out why my card is rejecting the purchase as she had no explanation, with no offer of help from their side. You will find my brand new, never before used (not from a lack of trying) card bent on the counter. FYI - Having smiling, friendly tellers that actually greet you on arriving at the till, is not a crime! It's considered good customer service. Something you clearly need lessons in.
