Repair/Replacement of lounge suit

I would like to complain about Bradlows Maponya Mall, I went to them two months ago to complain about damaged goods that were bought from the store in 2011. They have been sending me from pillar to post promising that they will send someone to get the goods for replacement. The last time I went to them was two weeks ago were an Indian gentleman told me stories about their storeroom/warehouse, however promised that they will collect within a week. The week has gone by & still nothing from them not even a courtesy call to apologies for the delay. I have to go in everyday to report or get feedback. The chairs are suppose to be genuine leather however they are showing sign of cracks and colour is fading
