Bradlows
Still no feedback

We have reported damaged goods to Bradlows, they finally came to collect the goods on the 14/09/2013, however my problem is that they have not brought them back as yet, we do not have the lounge suit however they have debited my account. I went to the store to get feedback as they are failing to update us and the stock manager said they will be delievered last week which was never done, today is Thursday and we still have NO feedback and when we call they give stories that its not them its the warehouse or Head Office. I have tried to contact the Head Office on 0114944377
