Not satisfied with the quality of goods

I tried several times to e-mail Bradlows customer service to complain about the goods I purchased from them, the branch i purchased from in Southgate has since been closed down, my e-mails cannot get through to them, can you please supply me with the correct address for complaints regarding that. This is part of the letter:

On the 26/02/2008 I bought a 3piece Duke Lounge suite from Bradlows Southgate. Upon delivery, the delivery guys forced the l/s into my house and as result it was badly scratched, I phoned the head office and after a few days they took it back to be re-sprayed, I was not happy with the re-spray, even now you can still see that it was not properly done, it still shows the mark and the paint over it. The other problem is that the Genuine leather is fading off. I bought the lounge suite for about 23 thousand rands.. pls help
