CLEAR MY CREDIT RECORD

I have been receiving e-mails and letters claiming that I owed HOME CHOICE, I have submitted Affidavit /SWORN STATEMENT from SAPS that I do not have an account with HOME CHOICE and never bought nor received anything from them. There is a Certain Cynthia Selemela with the same ID number as me who has been buying using my name and I did Open a case with SAPS with regards to Identity. I am now finding myself in the bad credit record rating regarding yet I did explain and sent them all my information as requested yet my name is still in bad records. Please can I have my name cleared in this regard.

I have reported this in March and Again in June
