Account opened under my name

Got call from home choice consultant (Thando) early Feb saying that my accounts is in arrears and I said to her I dont have and account with Home choice and I have never ordered anything from them, then she suggested that I go do affidavit and submit it together with my ID copy, I did exactly as I was told, during March I got a call again saying Im in arrears again then I explained to the consultant whom I didn't take her name and she said my case is still under investigation soon as they are done they will get back to me til today. Today I got a call again from Thembakazi saying Im in arrears in payment and I told her that I dont have and account with home choice and I have never ordered anything, she gave me the following numbers (0861466324) and said I must call them, I did exactly that and spoke to a guy by the name of Shaun told him everything and he even confirmed that they received my affidavit and ID copy during FEB, so what me off Im in the middle of acquiring something and if this problem is not sorted out its going to jeopardise my plans so I need my name to be cleared ASPA and I need feedback from home choice in less than 48hrs.
