Payment with No Delivery after 9 Days

I bought a present for my wife's birthday on the website which promises delivery within 9 working days on the site.
It has now been 9 working days and you are still sourcing the product.
My wife's birthday has come and gone and you are merely earning interest on my funds as opposed to sending me the product purchased.
Each time I call to follow up the delivery date gets pushed further and further out which is a disgrace.
Send me the gift or face a complaint to the National Consumer Council for false advertising in regards to your delivery date. I have been misled and as a result I have disappointed my wife by not having her present ready for her birthday as a result.
