EXCELLENT SERVICE FADIA AND TENIELE!!!

I contacted Edgars at Greenacres Port Elizabeth to buy a replacement Swatch watch for my wife since she had just lost hers. Fadia at the jewellery counter took the call and asked me to send her details of the watch. She wasted no time in contacting the swatch suppliers although they had stopped selling the Swatch watches at Greenacres. She kept me informed regularly. When they couldn't get the watch because it had been discontinued, Teniele sent me pictures of similar watches. We agreed on one that was similar but once again... no stock in South Africa until January. They offered us another watch but it had a white strap and not the transparent strap that my wife wanted. They then offered to get the watch and a transparent strap in time for my wife's birthday, 5 days later. They really went out of their way to ensure that the watch and transparent strap arrived in time for my wife's birthday. They changed the strap end ensured that the watch was beautifully wrapped and all I had to do was give it to my wife to make her birthday extra special. Thanks a million to both FADIA and TENIELE for providing outstanding service!!!
