I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM ANY RESPONSE FROM WOOLWORTHS AFTER MY COMPLAINT WAS RAISED, WHICH WERE AS FOLLOWS.
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH WOOLIES, AND PAID REGULAR, UNFORUNATELY I GOT RETRENCHED IN AUGUST 2013, TILL TO DATE MY ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN SETTLED BY THEM, AS I HAD THAT OPTION WHEN OPENING THE ACCOUNT, NOW I AM RECIEVING CALLS THAT THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER AND I WAS NEVER IN ARREAS. WHY SHOULD A PERSON TAKE OUT POLICIES IF THEY DO NOT COMPLY???
