Terrible service

Electronics and household app.

I laid a complaint with Samsung last week Monday w.r.t. my 10month old W/machine taking out black rubbery stuff whenever i did a load. The technician came by On Tuesday and advised that a drum wash would have to be done in order to solve the problem. He informed my husband that he would go back to the office and requires permission from samsung. The next day after calling Technifix I was advised that they received approval and would have to fetch the machine. Which I had to call them to do on Thursday even though I told them that we were only available in the morning. The machine was picked up on Thursday after 4pm. My machine was finally delivered on Wednesday 09/10. That evening when i opened the machine to set it up, I was disgusted at the condition of the drum. It was filthy and now my 10 month old drum looks like a 10 year old machine! It looks like the drum was turned upside down on a tarmac and was dragged thereby damaging the top of the drum, the softner dispenser looks eaten / cut. I am extremely disappointed! A machine that was sent in a very good condition should not come back in a damaged state! Terrible service from Technifix!!!
