Uno Sewing Machinery
We sold you, that's why it does not work!

I have bought two industrial boilers from Uno sewing. Elements keep packing up and every time it goes in for repairs the technicians keep telling me they sold me a product and I should purchase a third boiler from them. Five weeks ago the machine went in again, they charged me R1150 to repair, that I paid, a week later the element went again. They are refusing to pay my money I spent on the repair back. "labour is labour and we will not pay you back even iff the machine does not work" I have spent in eccess of R20 000 at this company in the last two years.
